What this program is not:

  • A set of strict rules to follow. You're going to learn the what and how, but decide how far you want to take it. There are recommendations that focus on quality first and you will learn how to read ingredient lists (not just calories and macronutrients) so you know what food is best.
  • An all-or-none approach. It's okay to “mess up” and you don’t have to start back and square one.
  • Going to the store with a long grocery list and looking for weird ingredients that you will never use again.
  • A program that focuses on just weight loss. Everyone has different body composition changes they want to make; some have 20 pounds to lose while others want to lose 5, while others want to gain weight; the goal is more energy and understanding how foods affects your body to improve your health, and weight loss can come as a side effect
  • A restrictive plan where you can’t eat out, enjoy certain foods, or feeling hungry and deprived  

HOW IT WORKS

After you sign up, you'll get access to the a Reset Quick Start Guide to get you prepared before the program starts on January 14th. You'll also receive your personal invitation to the private Facebook Community where you can introduce yourself.

Then, on the Wednesday prior to the start date you'll get an email that has everything you need to get prepare, including your 30 Day Reset Handbook with the menu plan, recipes and shopping list. Your first weekly email will hit your inbox on Monday, January 14th with a kick off call in the Facebook group at 12pm EST.

Every Friday, you'll receive a check in email & additional materials to guide you through each week.

After the program, I'll check in with you to make sure you know how to continue to nourish yourself and tweak your nutrition to match your goals. You will continue to receive support in the Facebook Community and have the opportunity to schedule for more individualized support.

FAQs

How time consuming is this? We’re all super busy, but this plan is meant to work in a realistic way. That means working into your schedule, even at the craziest of times. This is your chance to prioritize yourself for 30 days. In just 1 week of making hanges you'll feel better and be so glad you did it.  

Will I have to stop eating my favorite foods? You will get the recommendations to remove common inflammatory foods and food triggers, but will replace them with the delicious foods that flood the body with the right macro and micronutrients. This means you'll be satisfied, feeling better, and no longer so excited about the sugary yogurt or cereal you love so much. There are healthy alternative to just about everything — ice cream, chocolate, even pizza — that help you stay on track. You will eat nutrient dense, easy to digest, whole foods, and you won’t be left feeling deprived. And, most importantly, will give you energy to fuel your day and your workouts.  

Is it intense? I don't have time to measure everything or spend hours in the kitchen. This program can be completely tailored to YOUR comfort level. You will get what you need to get started, then you can choose how much or how little you want to do. Small changes add up, so following as much as you can and incorporating healthy habits slowly makes a huge difference. The recipes, suggestions, and guides can be used at anytime, over and over again. The beauty of a guided program with support from me and an accountability group is that it can be customized so you feel successful.  

Will I be hungry? No! The goal is to learn to fuel your body so that you feel satisfied, nourished, and never deprived. This plan is NOT based on restriction and with the coaching will guide you through with a step-by-step plan so you know just what to eat the entire time.  

Do you provide support if I have questions? Absolutely! Once you decide to join you get access to the private Facebook group, where you can post any questions during and after the program.  

So, what exactly will I be eating? Easy, simple, real food. Meat, fish, veggies, fruit, nuts, greens, avocados, potatoes, coconut... even butter (and probably some other "forbidden" foods you've been told not to eat!). There are no "diet" foods involved in this program. The fanciest thing you'll have to get is protein powder if you want to make smoothies
