Megan is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and GAPS (gut and psychology syndrome) Practitioner. Through her nutrition practice, she works with people to help them get their energy back, fix their digestion, and lose weight by getting to the root cause of their symptoms. Getting to the root cause usually includes approaching all areas of life - nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, mindset, and exercise. She does this through one on one and group coaching while educating, motivating, and inspiring people to get to their goals without the feeling of deprivation.
